A Dewy, Everyday Look with Lancome | Review and Swatches

A few days ago I was luckily selected by Influenster to receive the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Voxbox that came packed with four Lancome products. Lancome is a brand that holds a very special place in my heart as my very first high end makeup purchase was a liquid foundation from the brand. So when I found out I was getting a complimentary voxbox full of Lancome products carefully handpicked to help me achieve a gorgeous dewy, everyday look in minutes, I could not contain my excitement and I couldn’t wait to start the testing fun.

The Products

 Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick

The Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick is an oil-free, 24-hour wear, full coverage, and highly pigmented foundation stick with a lightweight and comfortable texture that provides a flawless matte finish. I received the shade 310 Bisque (C) and it was surprisingly a perfect match for my skin tone. The long wearing and lightweight formula applies smoothly and blends like a dream when using my beauty blender. I love the mess-free application and comfortable feel.

In addition this foundation stick is formulated with broad spectrum SPF 21 for sun protection, porous polymers to absorb excess acne producing oils which leaves the skin looking mattified, pore and shine free. The coverage that you get from this foundation is simply amazing. It covers redness (which I suffer from) very well and is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin (which I have). I also love the user friendly, small, and lightweight design which make this foundation stick perfect to use either at home or on the go. Another aspect of this product that I love is that it is highly versatile, it can be used as a foundation, for touch-ups, as a spot concealer, and even to contour. This was my very first time trying out a foundation stick and I am highly pleased with it and highly recommend it. 

Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer

The Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage Concealer is the perfect pair to the Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick. It is an ultra-pigmented, full coverage, and long-wearing concealer that does an amazing job at covering anything from dark circles, to redness, to blemishes.

It has a weightless, comfortable feel and the formula blends easily when using my beauty blender. I received the shade 260 Bisque (N) which was a little darker for my skin tone, however, I made it work by using less product than what I would normally use and by blending it very well. A little goes a long way with this concealer, I love that with only a few drops I am able to achieve a full coverage that looks natural with a matte finish and that will not cake or crease throughout the day. This product is formulated without Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates. 

Click & Glow Highlighting Skin Fluid

This was the product I was extremely excited to try as the concept seemed very innovative and appealing to me. The Click & Glow Highlighting Skin Fluid is a travel-friendly, creamy highlighter that blends seamlessly into the skin to give you a subtle natural-looking glow. I received the shade 01 Lumieres D’OR, a beautiful warm gold. I absolutely love this concept as the lightweight and user-friendly design make it the perfect tool to glow on the go. With just one click, you can easily highlight, enhance, and illuminate your features. 

Lancome Click & Glow Highlighting Skin Fluid

The formula is creamy and easily blendable with the applicator that comes with it, I also like to use my fingers just in case it needs some extra blending. There is barely any shimmer nor glitter to it, just a beautiful radiance that is easy to build up for a beautiful natural looking glow.

The custom flock-tipped applicator that comes with it allows a seamless application onto the skin allowing you to achieve the most precise highlighting look, from the cheekbones to the cupid’s bow as well as any other areas you enjoy highlighting. The formula is lightweight but has great pigmentation, it feels silky by providing a thin radiant veil to the skin. In addition, it is infused with glycerin (a natural humectant) and vitamin E to give the skin a comfortable feeling. 

Le Metallique Metallic Lip Lacquer

Last but not least, Lancome Le Metallique Lip Lacquer is a full-coverage, pigmented metallic lip gloss that features a rich and creamy texture. I received the shade 09 Mirrored Nude, a pretty metallic pink champagne shade. I absolutely love the shade and the high impact shine you get with this lip gloss, however, it does feel sticky and a little heavy once applied to the lips. 

Lancome Le Metallique Metallic Lip Lacquer

What differentiates these lip glosses from other lip glosses is that these ones are infused with exclusive plexi-gloss polymers to give you a 3-D shine look that is very eye catching and long lasting. In addition, the formula is also infused with the perfect blend of vitamin E and grapeseed oil to provide hydration to the lips.

To create this look I used all the products mentioned above and as you can see the result is a very natural and subtle look perfect for everyday.
